چکیده
Background: Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic immune-mediated inflammatory disease. It has heterogeneous clinical presentation with main features being joint swelling and pain, skin nail psoriasis, enthesitis, dactylitis. Self-reported outcomes such as quality of sleep fatigue are often neglected topics although having great impact on patients’ everyday lives. Objectives: The primary objective was to analyze the prevalence PsA patients suffering from poor sleep, defined by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score ≥ 5, study association between good or sleeper clinical- patient-reported outcomes. Secondary, effects after initiation treatment. Methods: Patient characteristics, disease activity self-reported were obtained PIPA cohort. To evaluate objective, cross-sectional analysis conducted including PSQI at baseline corresponding data. Patients divided into two groups, sleepers (Table 1).
